This program aims to contribute to improving the quality of life of people receiving aged care services and the protection of their rights by helping clients or their representatives to resolve problems or complaints in relation to aged care services. Advocacy also supports people to find appropriate care services, provide information about rights and responsibilities and help clients with decisions that effect their life.
