Eligibility Criteria:
Anyone can be a carer.
Many people don’t see themselves as carers. They are just children, parents, partners or friends who care for someone close to them.
Assessment Procedure:
You can register over the telephone it only takes approx. 10 minutes.
After registration, if you would like to receive additional services another booking will be made to meet with a Care Support Planner and complete a carer star which assists in identifying what services you need to support you in your caring role. This takes approx. 45 mins and can also be done over the telephone.
