Eligibility Criteria:
Anyone can be a carer.
Many people don’t see themselves as carers. They are just children, parents, partners or friends who care for someone close to them.
Assessment Procedure:
Registration can be completed over the telephone and takes approx. 10 minutes.
Once registration has been completed, if you would like to receive additional services, another appointment can be made to complete a Carer Star which is a tool used to determine what services would best suit you in your caring role.
This takes approx. 45 minutes and can also be completed over the telephone or onsite.
