Day and Structured Residential Program

These are structured treatment programs available to men and women aged 18 and over. A Day Program is offered to a limited number of clients and available only to those who are the primary caregivers for the care of children or an incapacitated person. Acceptance into the Day Program will be based on the individual clients, their needs, and personal circumstances as well as an assessment of the most suitable treatment and support options available. Clients in these programs will be offered a program based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) including group sessions, counseling, individual support and access to Psychological Services. Clients are expected to attend all program activities, individual appointments and failure to do so without a medical certificate will result in a program breach.

Eligibility Criteria: 
18+. Conditions of Service The conditions of Service are the conditions which are designed to assist the safety and wellbeing of all residents including you. The staff makes every effort to ensure these conditions are observed and maintained. Breaking any of the Conditions of Service will risk your accommodation and program privileges may be revoked. Stay length: 12 weeks.
Assessment Procedure: 
Sunrise Centre AOD services will ensure a comprehensive assessment is undertaken with all persons seeking access to AOD services and who meet the general eligibility requirements. Decisions to offer services to an individual must consider; all information in the person’s assessment; their individual needs; and service capacity to effectively meet their needs.
