This service assists all people in financial difficulty through helping them to address their financial problems, make better choices and build long term capacity to budget and manage money.

The hub services include:

Financial Counsellors help to resolve personal financial difficulties, advocacy on behalf of clients concerning debts & financial issues and assist to manage and make informed choices available on appointment; and

Financial Capability workers provide small group and individual financial literacy education, budgeting support and referrals to other support services. They can help clients  with phone banking, rental goods payments, scams and debt matters.
