Eligibility Criteria:
Centrelink recipients or low income earners eligible for a current Health Care Card. Applicants must reside in the Darwin, Palmerston and outer Darwin area with postcodes 0800 through to 0836, and in the Katherine 0850 postcode area. Applicants must have the ability and willingness to repay the loan.
