Eligibility Criteria: 
Intoxicated people at risk to themselves or the community who are over 18 years old Eligibility Criteria- • 18 years of age or over • referred to the service by Police, Community Patrol organisations, other referring agencies; responsible community member, or self • intoxicated through drinking alcohol or through inhaling volatile substances • conscious and not seriously injured • not unmanageably aggressive or abusive. An uncooperative person should be given the opportunity to respond appropriately, but clients repeatedly failing to refrain from abusive or aggressive behaviour may be refused service on that occasion.
