Garaworra Housing offers transitional accommodation and case management support to assist residents to build readiness to sustain a tenancy in public housing.
Counselling and therapy for families which addresses family conflicts, the impact on mental health problems, behavioural problems, the risk of homelessness for children and adolescents and family wellbeing. Specialist relationship counselling is also available.
The Katherine Family Accommodation Support Service (KFASS) is a short to medium term housing program for families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, providing support through times of crisis. Outreach is offered to families leaving KFASS to assist in an effective transition into independent housing.
Provides people on low income with access to credit for essential household goods without the burden of fees and interest payments (loans up to $1,200).
