Short Term Crisis Accommodation and Support

Short term crisis accommodation for women and their children. Victims of domestic violence and/or family violence or at risk of domestic violence and/or family violence or are homeless. Referrals, support, safety, outreach support and counselling.

Domestic Violence Counselling Service

Counselling/ crisis intervention for any women and children who are victims of or at risk of CV/FV. DV/FV education and training.

Outreach and Community Education

Outreach women & their children who are at risk of violence and are living at home or in the Community

Withdrawal Program - Darwin

Supervised residential withdrawal is available to men and women, aged 18 years and over, who are seeking to withdraw from alcohol and/or other drugs. Withdrawal is co-managed with Alcohol & Other Drug Services (Department of Health NT) or with client’s Doctor who will provide medical supervision during withdrawal period. Withdrawal timeframes vary and can last up to 2 weeks however most clients are admitted for 5 to 7 days. All clients are assigned a Case Manager who provides information, counseling and support during withdrawal.

Emergency Relief - Alice Springs

Service includes food parcels, blankets, fuel vouchers, clothing vouchers, emergency short term accommodation, assistance with power, water and telephone bills and other financial assistance.

Doorways Darwin City

Service includes food vouchers, hampers, clothing, furniture and assistance with power, water, telephone bills and other financial assistance.

Transitional Housing - Families

Medium term accommodation for homeless families.

Sunrise Centre Homelessness Program

Short term accommodation and case management support available for homeless men and women.

Sunrise Drugs and Alcohol Service

Provides a 12 week program for residential and non-residential male and female clients with counselling, case management and referrals to other drug and alcohol networks.
