Remote Laundries Project offers FREE washing and drying services five days a week. Visit us at 32 Dripstone RD in Casuarina (near Traditional Credit Union) Monday through Friday from 8am-3pm. Free cold water and fresh fruit also available.

YiSSA is the new Batten Road Accommodation Campus program located at 55 Batten Road, Marrara.

YiSSA offers accommodation for independent visitors from remote communities who have not been able to get a place to stay in the commercial market or with their family.

Stay length: min 1 day, max 28 days.

Psychosocial Support is recovery focused – We believe people can recover from mental illness and lead satisfying and rewarding lives.
We work closely with individuals to identify their own unique pathway towards recovery and resilience. Through our services, we deliver a combination of practical support and guidance to help people turn their lives around.

Keeping Women Safe in Their Homes

When women have experienced domestic and family violence, they might need support to stay safe in their homes. 

The Keeping Women Safe in their Homes program provides risk assessments, safety planning and security upgrades for women and their children to help them stay in their own homes, or a home of their choice, provided it’s safe to do so. 

The Waterhole - Community Centre

The Waterhole community centre in Alice Springs is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment which encourages respect and acceptance of one another. The Waterhole provides access to  toilets, showers and washing machines.  Users are able to make tea, coffee and toast for a small daily contribution (50c) and microwaves are available for people who want to cook their own food.  People can purchase their own canvas and paint, watch movies, use the computers and internet and make local telephone calls.

Alcohol and Other Drugs Services Central Australia (ADSCA)

Provides treatment for drug, tobacco and alcohol issues to the Central Australian area. The service offers specialised assessment, treatment and referral for a range of alcohol and other drug use issues. Services include non-residential treatment, opioid pharmacotherapy, drug and alcohol detoxification programs and community education programs.

Emergency Relief Funds - Darwin

We help people in financial crisis by providing financial and material aid and we connect them with support services to build financial resilience and help address the underlying causes of the crisis. Assistance may include food vouchers, Food Bank vouchers and fuel vouchers.

Elders Visiting Program Support

The Elders Visiting Program Support provides an opportunity for Elders to participate in, and promote more community involvement / input into a prisoner’s preparation for release. The program provides an opportunity for Elders to emphasise ‘mediated release’ and engage with community members and, where appropriate, have those community members attend mediated discussions with the offenders, in preparation for their release and return to community.
