Reconnect Service

Reconnect is an early intervention based program that assists participants aged 12-18 years old who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Gap Youth and Community Centre (GYCC) Reconnect program case manages clients and takes a holistic approach by working with families and specialist organisations and services.

Crisis Accommodation

Short term accommodation is available for women and their children escaping domestic violence.

Women's Refuge Accommodation

Crisis accommodation is available for women and their children who are experiencing family violence. The service particularly assists Indigenous families. Twenty-four hour service is available.

All clients in the greater Darwin area including Palmerston and West Arnhem land - emergency relief

Disability Services, Supported Accommodation - Palmerston

Disability Services provide supported accommodation for people with development disabilities and acquired brain injuries.

Drug and Alcohol Counselling

Individual support services built around assessment, counselling and case management.

Emergency Relief Funds Assistance

Emergency Relief funds - to assist and support individuals and families to meet their financial and material needs

Family Relationships Education and Skills Training

Provides group and individual sessions for relationship education and parenting skills education.

Family Relationships Mediation (FRM)

A group session to improve the relationship between young people and their families where the child, young person or family are experiencing unresolved conflict.
