The MHACA Tenancy Support Program assists people who are homeless or at risk of losing their housing due to mental health difficulties. It is a participant-centred case management service with a focus on achieving sustainable tenancies tailored to individuals living with severe and persistent mental health issues.
The Tenancy Support Program develops a tailored plan to meet the specific needs of individuals and to help sustain their tenancies including through tenancy support, advocacy, case management, financial planning and referrals to other services.
